Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) plain Greek yogurt ((or swap in coconut yogurt for a vegan version))
  • ¼ cup (2 ounces) unsweetened tart cherry ((or pomegranate juice))
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup crushed ice

Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients and 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high until everything is silky-smooth.

    Serve ice-cold — and preferably with a straw to sip it like the glowing wellness icon you are.
