What a dream it was to sit down with Tosca Reno, my fitlife mentor from afar. Although I appeared in her Eat Clean Magazine back in 2012, and had been a student of her work and an avid follower of her principles, I never had the pleasure of meeting Tosca until recently by way of this recording.
