Ingredients
- 1 package Shirataki Noodles
- Nonstick Avocado Spray
- 1 cup Swiss chard or your favorite greens
- 1 tbsp Raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Maldong fishing salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Sprinkle of nutritional yeast

Instructions
- In a skillet, mist nonstick avocado oil and sauté chopped greens. Add apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
- Add the shirataki noodles and stir; cook for an additional 5 minutes. Top with nutritional yeast and optional hot sauce.
- Top with your favorite protein and enjoy the zero-carb goodness!
