Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1 ½ tsp Superfood Sprinkle
- Salt & pepper to taste
Ful Mudammas
- 1 cup cooked fava beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Chopped tomatoes & herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Ful Mudammas: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add fava beans, cumin, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, mashing some beans. Finish with lemon juice and garnish.
- Crisp the Eggs: Heat ghee in a pan and add the Superfood Sprinkle, letting it toast briefly to release its flavors. Peel boiled eggs and add them to the pan, frying until golden and crispy. Drizzle with olive oil at the end for extra richness.
- Serve & Enjoy: Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Serve with ful mudammas and warm pita.
