Build Muscle, Burn Fat, and Feed Your Fit Life with Shirataki Noodles!

You work hard in the gym, but you don’t have to in the kitchen to build muscle, burn fat, and feed your fit life👩🏻‍🍳. This shirataki noodle recipe, made from KONJAC (pronounced kon-yak) root, comes together in just 10 minutes. What I love about it is it feels like you’re eating real noodles but with zero carbs, zero sugar, gluten-free, zero fat, zero cholesterol, and only 15 calories per serving. Plus, it’s high in fiber, the kind that’s great for your gut.

KONJAC also helps to lower cholesterol, improve metabolism, helps you feel fuller longer, and can even help you in the bathroom, if you know what I mean…

Top these noodles with delicious wilted greens and high-quality protein, and you’ve got a meal in just 10 minutes.
