Happy Hormones, Happy Life!

If you’ve felt like life has had you on a rollercoaster and you can’t take one more ride, I feel you. I’ve been through it myself and I have so much to share – much more than any doctor will tell you.

You'll Feel

  • Increased energy and vitality
  • Easier weight loss
  • Better muscle definition
  • Reduced anxiety and mood swings
  • Clearer skin, stronger nails and healthier hair
  • Enhanced libido
  • More focus and drive

And much more!

Cause there’s nothin’ worse than feeling like your hormones got you crazy makin’. Can I get an Amen?!!

I share some of my personal struggles with this and how I’ve been able to cope. It isn’t a prison sentence, my ladies, it’s a RITE OF PASSAGE to FABULOSITY! Don’t ever forget that.

I feel your pain - literally!

When I turned 51, everything in my body started to change. Seemingly overnight, I had a tire around my mid-section.  I was waking up in the middle of the night several times in a puddle of sweat.  And I just couldn’t seem to feel happy or content, even though I was a newlywed.

When I went to the doctor for a routine check-up, I discovered my blood pressure, I learned that is was very high – even though I exercised and ate well.  The truth is, heart disease and stroke risks increase dramatically for menopausal women.  I lost my mom and both grandmothers to stroke, too.

Whats Included

Ingredients to change your life !

Recipes

I’m going to break down the top foods to focus on, smart supplements, lifestyle and habits shifts and ways to support the total YOU. There is no part of you that is lacking, it’s just a re-balancing act to get you that wholeness you crave.

Food

My top 10 foods that I’ve discovered that help you manage your symptoms are for the omnivores out there, but there are plant-based swaps for each animal protein item.

Exercise

The endless benefits of exercise for your mental and physical well-being. Consistency and the type of exercise you perform are key. Now more than ever, performing weight-bearing exercise is critical for avoiding age-related diseases.

Supplements

If you’re wondering if you should take an HRT (hormone therapy replacement) approach to your happy hormones quest, I’m not the gal to answer, as I’m not a doctor. What I have found for ME, and I’m just speaking on behalf of myself and a lot of friends.

Was this the path I was on?

I knew I had to find some answers because I couldn’t seem to get much guidance from my doctor or the internet other than to go on medication.  As a mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend, I had so many people I wanted to do better for, and so I set out to see if I could get better by making lifestyle changes.

As a holistic nutrition coach and chef, I knew food could play a big role but it wasn’t about just one thing.  It was dialing in the RIGHT kind of food and meal frequency, the RIGHT kind of exercise and the RIGHT type of supplements, sleep and life hacks that helped me get my life back.
