High-Protein, Keto-Friendly “Magnum” Pops

Equipment
- 1 Popsicle mold
 - 1 Glass bowl
 - 1 Cookie sheet
 - 1 Silicone mat or wax paper
 - 1 Whisk
 
Ingredients

 - 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt (You can use non-dairy.)
 - 2 cups sugar-free 70% or more dark chocolate chips
 - 2 tsp coconut oil
 - Optional: Chopped nuts
 
Instructions
- Whisk together pudding powder and Greek yogurt until smooth.
 - Pour into popsicle mold and sprinkle a few chocolate chips then freeze.
 - Once fully frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a glass bowl. Put it in the microwave (or over double burner) for 2 min.
 - Allow to cool for five minutes.
