Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground bison or lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp shawarma seasoning
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except and shape into 1 1/2” balls using a small ice cream scoop or spoon and hands.
  • Heat seasoned cast iron skillet (or non stick pan) and brown meatballs moving so all sides get browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Pop pan into the oven for another 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
