Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison or lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp shawarma seasoning
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Combine all ingredients except and shape into 1 1/2” balls using a small ice cream scoop or spoon and hands.
- Heat seasoned cast iron skillet (or non stick pan) and brown meatballs moving so all sides get browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Pop pan into the oven for another 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
