Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut in half, peel left on
  • 2⁄3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup plain, non-dairy Greek yogurt

  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Squeeze of pomegranate molasses
  • ½ cup ice

Topping

  • 1 tsp granulated stevia
  • 1 tsp slivered almonds
  • ½ tsp organic oats for topping
  • 1 scoop non dairy whip
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients.
  • Pour into a glass and top with pumpkin pie topping, whip and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy ice-cold.
