Ingredients

  • 1 lb high protein noodles
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • pinch cayenne & nutmeg
  • 1 tsp black pepper & sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Grease 10x10 baking dish.
  • Cook pasta al dente, drain, and toss with oil. Blend all other ingredients smooth.
  • Mix with pasta, bake 12 mins until golden. Enjoy!
