Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maseca
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine Maseca, water, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Use a tortilla press or roll out each ball into a thin tortilla.
  • Cook on a hot griddle or skillet for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
