Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange grated parmesan evenly all over the rectangle.
Sprinkle a generous amount of our Superfood Sprinkle Chef's Kiss blend. Line up your sliced sweet potatoes and spray with a little nonstick olive or avocado oil and bake for 10 minutes at 425 F or until the potatoes get nice and crispy.
Remove from the oven. Let the frico cool for about 10 minutes before enjoying to allow cheese to harden up and so that the potatoes stay together.
