Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

Sauce Ingredients

Veggies

  • 1-2 heads butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped fine

Instructions

  • Saute ground chicken over medium heat in non-stick pan, about 7-8 min; add Chinese 5 spice.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients
  • Assemble lettuce cups, top w/ veggies and sauce. ENJOY!!
