  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup mixed berries

Instructions

  • Simmer oats in milk/water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in protein powder until smooth.
  • Sprinkle hemp seeds and berries on top for added nutrients and flavor. Add the creatine.
