Slice 1/4" off the top of the date and take out the pit. Shape sides into a heart. Pop in the hazelnut at the bottom.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. You can also pop it in the microwave for a minute. Let your chocolate cool for 5 minutes.
Lay the parchment or wax paper on a tray.
Dip your stuffed dates into the chocolate, then cocoa nibs (optional).
Repeat the step 4 for the bananas.
Pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Set up a cute plate or box to put them in.
Add flecks of edible 14kt gold foil. Enjoy!
