Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame tahini
  • 1/3 cup raw coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together tahini and coconut oil. Then stir in maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla.
  • Split the mixture into two bowls. To one bowl, add the cacao and cocoa powders, blending until smooth.
  • Pour the plain mixture into an 8x8-inch pan. Dollop the chocolate mixture on top and swirl using a toothpick or knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight if you can wait that long!).
  • Cut into 12 bars and store them in the freezer for a fudge-like texture that’s totally crave-worthy.
