- 2 large sweet potatoes, washed

Instructions

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange grated parmesan evenly all over the rectangle.
- Line up your sliced sweet potatoes and spray with a little nonstick olive or avocado oil and bake for 10 minutes at 425 F or until the potatoes get nice and crispy.
