With my husband being half Mexican and my best friend being Mexican, I proudly consider myself an honorary member of the familia. We recently celebrated her 50th birthday by teaching her to press her first tortilla, officially welcoming her into the fold!
You’ll never look back at store-bought options once you try these two-ingredient tortillas. They are street-sized, with only 40 calories and 10 grams of carbs each, with zero fat or cholesterol.

- Use a tortilla press or roll out each ball into a thin tortilla.
- Cook on a hot griddle or skillet for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
